From the first day that we met you were professional, polite, honest, and very patient we me. You are a man of your words, because after meeting with you and Debbie the first day you told me the truth and that was that you did not have anything at the time in my price range, but you would keep me in you file and as soon as something came available you would call me, and “you did”. Dear Ms Oxford:
I am now into my fourth year as a resident at Camelot at Northlake Apartment Homes (Atlanta, GA). I am expressing in this email my great appreciation for all that the staff here do to make where I live a place that I am pleased to call "home". They create an environment that makes living at Camelot at N'lake a pleasant experience and do an excellent job of maintaining the property. When I sold my home in 2003, I was hopeful that my decision to live at Camelot at Northlake was a wise one and it has proved to be so...and, I'm here to tell you in 2007 that I continue to be an extremely happy resident.
I am grateful for all that the management and maintenance staff do to keep the apartment complex in pristine condition and a quiet, peaceful environment in which to live. And, most importantly, I have never encountered any person in employment at Camelot at Northlake that has not treated me with respect and kindness of heart.

Hello, my name is Lauren Hale and I work at Marist School in Atlanta. I came into Camelot this weekend with a friend, looking for a potential apartment. Upon entering the leasing office, we encountered Tim, whose first words were "Welcome Home Ladies." Even though he was single handedly helping out a number of people, he made our visit to Camelot the most pleasing, acommodating and exceptional experience I've ever had apt. hunting.
Tim was so helpful; he put up with our millions of questions and told us what he, as a rentor there, liked best about the property. (he was also pretty funny and entertaining along the way). Afterwards, there was pretty much no way we could not take Camelot into serious consideration...so....My friend and I put in an application on Sunday, and we hope to join you guys soon!
I just wanted to let you know about this positive experience and commend you, your office and especially Tim for such excellent excellent service!
Although the property certainly speaks for itself, it definitely helps prospective rentors to have Tim as a tourguide!

I wanted to thank you for having such a concerned and understanding staff at Camelot on Sweetwater. I have been a resident since November 2005. I recently found out that I would have to be my younger brother’s guardian due to my mother being ill. I was concerned about getting more space and the cost of rent. I explained my situation to the property managers, Rogger Baez and Trina Davis, and they have been very helpful. I call them Lifesavers. They have agreed to help me transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom after my lease expires next month. I am extremely grateful because I do not have to relocate to another property and the cost of rent is comparable to the other properties that I have viewed. Please continue to encourage them to do the great work that they do.
Again, I want to express my sincerest gratitude. I can certainly testify that the staff at Camelot on Sweetwater truly cares for their residents.

I just wanted to let you know that Robin Callahan is doing a fantastic job. I haven't met her in person; she was in a meeting when I had gone over to the Hidden Lake Management Office. The dealings I have had with her have been via email. She gets back to me in a very timely fashion. The tone of her email is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Just wanted to let you know that it is nice to have such a person to be able to turn to when a problem arises.
I do have to say this is a complete change of the person she replaced. If I called over to the Management Office and left a message, leaving my phone #, the manager at that time would never get back to me. I would always have to call back -- or if she didn't take my call, then I would stop by the Management Office.
I have been a resident of Lincoln Place for 12 years. I have been very happy here. But it has been interesting to note how different managers handle their position. Robin Callahan is definitely an asset to the "Kaplan Family". Please make sure the appropriate people are made aware of my letter. Thanks!

After living in the same home for 13 years, I did not take my move lightly. It is because of Patrick that I choose to live at the Waterford over other luxury complexes that I had looked at, and I am not disappointed. His ability to understand the needs of his perspective tenants is a rare and wonderful asset. He genuinely makes you feel that his position here at the Waterford is to make your new home a safe, and comfortable one, and this he has achieved. We are residents of the Woodfield Development in Hackettstown for the second time. We were one of the first homeowners in this development back in August 2000. We first purchased an Ashwood model and have now upgraded to a Cedarwood which we recently closed in February 2005.
...We’d like to start off by mentioning the foremen Bill and Brian. They have been not only professional and thorough, but a pleasure to work with as well. When there have been problems or issues they have resolved them in a timely manner. This has also been made possible with the assistance of Suzanne in the construction trailer. We’ve had to call her several times and she always calls us back personally or makes sure someone else does.
Secondly, we'd like to commend the customer service department on the outstanding job they have done so far. Within days of our final walkthrough, Letty and Barbara had contacted us with the date that the contractors would be coming to fix the items on our list. All of the contractors showed up as promised or they called us to reschedule. Every item that could be completed was done within weeks. …We’ve already had contractors come to the house and have more scheduled for the remaining items.
Overall we just wanted to express how happy we are with your staff.

At first sight we knew the Berkshire was the home of our dreams but unfortunately there were none left.
After months of calling twice a week one finally became available. Diana Leonidio in the sales office actually
rummaged through her garbage to find my last message and called within 5 minutes of the Berkshire being released. Within 30 minutes we were in contract.
As first time home builders we were a little clueless but Winnie Reed in the sales office and Lynn Antonelli in the design center were absolutely phenomenal. They spend endless hours and what had to be well over 100 phone calls working with us to design the home of our dreams.
Bob Higgins, the construction supervisor, spent numerous Saturday mornings with me going over everything from lot grading to future deck and pool layout.
Bill Page, the framing supervisor, is the real deal and doesn't mess around. I thought our master bathroom looked a little small after it had been framed so the next day he had the wall knocked down and rebuilt to make sure it was exactly what we wanted.
Ed Howard, the finish supervisor, is the best person I have ever worked with both professionally and personally. I can't say enough about his attention to detail and commitment to each and every house he works on it because it is truly incredible. Ed learned pretty quickly that I was stopping by the house every night to check on the progress so he started calling me with updates on what had been done and what was on the upcoming scheduled. The most impressive part was every time I saw something that was not perfect Ed had already noticed it and had it schedule to be touched up the next day. Trust me when I say he is on the top of his game and nothing gets overlooked. He is a true professional.
The team over at Towne Lake definitely goes the extra mile to ensure that every house they build is the home of your dreams.

I would just like to take this opportunity to compliment Marina Wood in your Woodfield Sales office, she sold us our first home 4 years ago there.
I have been meaning to write to you about her, but as you know we all are busy and it never seems to get done. Today I decided to take the time to let you know not only has Marina been extremely professional, she is kind and has always helped my husband and I.
She recently knew that we may be looking to upgrade to a larger home in the complex, and she has called us on numerous occasions when one has become available to purchase as it was released to sell, and she has allowed us to drive her crazy on the details of the ones we had liked. Marina also has called me back on my numerous questions without a complaint.
